  • Create a project.
  • Create a task against that project.
  • Next you need to assign user who would manage that particular task.
  • The particular user whom you need to assign for the task should be mapped with the project also and it is done.

In order to create an invoice against project you need to follow the following procedure:

  • Create a project.
  • Create a task against that project.
  • Create log time expense against that task
  • Click in the invoice menu, choose the client for whom you want to generate invoice,then choose the project .
  • Invoice would be generated.
